Nick served as executive vice president and managing director of Montpelier Marketing Services (UK) Limited from 2001 to 2008. From 1998 to 2001, he was the managing director in the London office of HartRe Company, LLC. From 1992 to 1998, he was the managing director at Willis Faber North America (UK). Prior to joining Willis Faber, Nick served as chairman of McWinn Underwriting Agencies and director of Claremount Underwriting Agency. He served a total of 18 years as an underwriter in the following Lloyd's syndicates: Syndicate 558, Syndicate 674 and Sir Philip d'Ambrumenil Syndicate.
